New Year's Resolutions?

If you're like me, and just hearing these words can make you feel anxious, overwhelmed, stressed and about to starting writing a list of all the things you should be resolving to do in 2024, then read on.


I heard a great piece of advice that I'd like to pass on to you. Instead of focusing on the long list of things that are 'bad for us' that we need to stop doing, how would it be to instead think about introducing some small things into our lives that are good for us?


Doesn't that automatically feel less stressful and more relaxing?


It also has the excellent upside of leaving us with less time to do those things that we know aren't really that great for us. So that's a win-win in my eyes.


You can decide what your small things might be, but if you'd like some ideas, mine are to stretch for 10-15 minutes each day (but if I miss a day, that's ok), to drink more water (I'm investing in one of those water bottles with timings on the side to help me) and to spend time outside each day.
